Supreme Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2007, to transact the following business:

1. Consideration of Audited Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2007 and recommendation of Final Dividend on Equity Shares.

2. Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.
