Manugraph India Board to consider final Dividend

Manugraph India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

3. To recommend final dividend, if any, to the Equity Shareholders for the year ended March 31, 2007.
