Minaxi Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, to take note of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend for the financial year 2006-2007, and to take note of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.
