Automotive Axles Board to consider interim dividend

Automotive Axles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2007, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2007.

2. To review and if feasible, declare an interim dividend to the share holders.
