India Gelatine & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider the audited accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To consider to recommend dividend if any, for the year 2006-2007.
