Competent Automobiles Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, for the following purpose(s):

1. To consider and take on records the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
