Metalman Industries Board to recommend dividend

Metalman Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007 to discuss the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To consider inter-alia taking on record the Provisional quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007.

3. To consider recommendation of Dividend.

4. To fix the date of Book Closure for the year.

5. To discuss and fix the Date, Time and Place of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company for the year.
