ORG Informatics to raise US$20 million through FCCB issue

ORG Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, subject to requisite approvals including approval from Shareholders of the Company, has approved raising of funds upto USD 20 Million plus green shoe option, through issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) and in this regard appointed Standard Chartered Bank as its Lead Manager.

The stock was trading at Rs.118, up by Rs.0.30 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.126.80 and low of Rs.118. The total traded quantity was 27992 compared to 2 week average of 34041.
