Zenith Fibres Board to consider dividend

Zenith Fibres Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the following:

1. Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Finalization of accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Declaration of dividend, if any. (last year, the Company paid a dividend of 15%).
