Sundaram Multi Pap Updates on amalgamation

Sundaram Multi Pap Ltd has announced that the Company has received intimation from the Transferor Company's namely M/s. Sihora Paper Mills Ltd and M/s. Vidarbha Paper Mills Ltd that the Court Convened Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Transferor Companies is scheduled for August 04, 2007, inter alia, to take the approval of shareholders and to pass all the necessary resolutions with reference to the Merger / Amalgamation of M/s. Sihora Paper Mills Ltd and M/s. Vidarbha Paper Mills Ltd with the Company.
