India Lease fixes Book Closure for AGM

India Lease Development Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 21, 2007 to September 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
