Garware Offshore incorporates 100% subsidiary in Singapore

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Company has incorporated in Singapore a 100% subsidiary in the name and style of "Garware Offshore International Services Pte. Ltd".

This subsidiary has been incorporated in view of the potential business opportunities that the Company is attempting to take advantage of the Oil & Gas space. The subsidiary's main area of business will include "in and out" chartering of ships to E&P Companies as well as to provide all marine Offshore and Logistics services internationally.

The stock was trading at Rs.208.70, up by Rs.3.50 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.212.85 and low of Rs.204.35. The total traded quantity was 19931 compared to 2 week average of 29589.
