Acrysil Ltd to raise Rs. 60 crores

The Board of Directors of Acrysil Ltd at its meeting held on February 25, 2015, has considered, discussed, approved the fund raising programme up to Rs. 60 Crores through various means and authorised Mr. Chirag A. Parekh, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, to explore the proposition further.

The Board approved the further investment in wholly owned subsidiary of U.K.

The Board also approved proposal for incorporation of step-down subsidiary in China through Company's Hong Kong subsidiary "Acrysil International Limited."

Shares of ACRYSIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.605.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 603.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6362 in over 333 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 620 and intraday low of 598. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3894960.
