Pidilite Industries enters into agreement for acquisition

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an agreement for acquisition of plant, machinery, technology, patent & trademark of an international specialty chemical Company. The plant will be located in India.

The stock closed the day at Rs.129, up by Rs.2.25 or 1.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129 and low of Rs.125. The total traded quantity was 19998 compared to 2 week average of 23615.
