Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
