Jaysynth Dyestuff India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To adopt Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To approve and adopt audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. To consider payment of Dividend.
