Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 02, 2007 to August 11, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 11, 2007.
