Electrosteel Castings Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 02, 2007 to August 08, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 08, 2007.
