Unitech fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Unitech Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2007 to July 31, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2007.
