Suprajit Engineering fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Suprajit Engineering Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2007 to July 31, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend and 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2007.
