Gujarat State Fertilizers Board to consider Scheme of Amalgamation

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2007, for taking on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2007 and the Board will also consider in the same meeting, approval of the draft Scheme of Amalgamation of GSFC Investment And Leasing Company Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with the Company.
