Indo Borax Board declares 10% interim dividend

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 07, 2007, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend on equity shares @ 10% on face value of Rs 10/- each.
