Hisar Metal Board recommends Rs.1 dividend

Hisar Metal Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 07, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1/- per Share on the equity share capital of the Company.
