Visagar Polytex Board recommends 10% dividend

Visagar Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 10% to the share holders of the Company subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
