Hexaware Technologies Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on July 18, 2007, inter alia, would also consider the following:

1. Declaration of interim dividend on Preference shares of the Company.

2. Declaration of interim dividend on Equity shares of the Company.
