TCS to announce Q1 results on Jul 16, 2007

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 16, 2007 to take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (Q1) and to consider declaration of an Interim Dividend to the shareholders. The Record Date for determining the beneficial owners to whom the Interim Dividend, if declared, will be paid shall be July 30, 2007.
