Brigade Enterprises Ltd allots 88875 equity shares on exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Nomination and Compensation Committee of Brigade Enterprises Ltd has approved the allotment of 88875 equity shares to those employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.

The paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 112,65,47,650/- to Rs. 112,74,36,400/- due to the aforesaid allotment.

Shares of BRIGADE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.169.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22912 in over 1020 trades.
