TTK Prestige Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 03, 2007 to August 10, 2007 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company has been proponed to August 10, 2007.
