TAK Machinery & Leasing Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, to consider and take on record the following:

1. The Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 alongwith unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. Dividend for the year 2006-07.

3. To consider closure of Register of Members & Transfer Books.
