Maharaja Shree Umaid Board recommends 17.5% dividend

Maharaja Shree Umaid Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, has recommended payment of dividend @ 17.5% i.e. Rs 1.75 per share, for the year 2006-07.
