EPC Industrie discharged from BIFR purview

EPC Industrie Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has issued its Order dated June 29, 2007 vide letter dated July 03, 2007 discharging the Company's from the purview of SICA/BIFR.

As confirmed by the order, the Company is no longer a Sick Company as per the provisions of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA).
