Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following subjects:

1. To consider and adopt the accounts for the year 2006-07.

2. To declare dividend for the year 2006-07.

3. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results a the Company for the Quarter ended June 2007.
