GRM Overseas Board recommends 10% dividend

GRM Overseas Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has Recommended dividend @ 10% on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each (i.e. Rs 1/- per Equity Share) subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
