Taneja Aerospace to restructure current businesses

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has discussed the following:

In order to effectively exploit the fast emerging opportunities in the aviation sector, the Board of Directors are examining the restructuring of its current businesses to lend necessary focus to each one of them.

In view of this, the Board has decided that the Annual Accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 should reflect such restructuring and accordingly, the Annual Accounts for the above period could not be considered on June 28, 2007. The details of the proposed restructuring will be intimated separately.
