TCFC Finance Board recommends 12% dividend

TCFC Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12% amounting to Rs 1.20 per equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
