Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 18, 2007 to August 21, 2007 (both days inclusive).

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
