MCS Board recommends 10% final dividend

MCS Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Final dividend @ 10% i.e. Re 1/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each by the Company for the year 2006- 2007.
