Magico Exports fixes Book Closure for AGM

Magico Exports & Consultants Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 27, 2007 to September 06, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 06, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the year 2006-07.
