BRPL fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Bongaigaon Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd (BRPL) has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 23, 2007 to September 08, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held in September 2007.
