Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 31, 2007 to September 12, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 12, 2007.
