With reference to the news item appearing in a leading daily with respect to Company's plan for acquisition of Magotteaux, Belgium and Firth & Rickson, U.K., AIA Engineering Ltd has clarified that the Company deny of any such developments and clarify that information is baseless.

The stock was trading at Rs.1705, up by Rs.5.60 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1754 and low of Rs.1686. The total traded quantity was 31306 compared to 2 week average of 71605.
