Vakrangee Softwares denies news on tie-up

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Vakrangee upbeat on foreign tie-up talk", Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has clarified that the Company follow best corporate governance practices in the Company and intimate the exchange d the development of the Company before making them public.

The Company is not aware of the source of information for the news article and infact the Company's executive Mr. Sanjeev Baranwal an enquiry "Declined to comment on the same".

Further the Company has informed that, as and when there will be any firm development on any tie-up, the same will be disclosed to exchange first before making it public.

The stock closed the day at Rs.177.80, up by Rs.8.45 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.177.80 and low of Rs.170.90. The total traded quantity was 159016 compared to 2 week average of 345380.
