Akruti Nirman Board recommends 15% dividend

Akruti Nirman Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2007, inter alia, ahs recommended a dividend of 15% per share, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
