Pidilite Industries subsidiary buys stake in Brazilian Company

Pidilite Industries Ltd has announced that Pidilite Do Brazil Desenvolvimento De Negocios Ltda, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has acquired the shares of a Company in Brazil namely "Pulvitec do Brasil Industria e comercio de colas e adesivos Limitada".

The acquired Company is in business of adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals.

The stock closed the day at Rs.124, down by Rs.0.85 or 0.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.125 and low of Rs.123.20. The total traded quantity was 14428 compared to 2 week average of 17996.
