CESC equity shareholders to approve Scheme of AmalgamationCESC Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Pathik Foods Pvt Ltd with the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, a meeting of the equity shareholders of Pathik Foods Pvt Ltd will be held on July 27, 2007, for the above said purpose.
