Mangalore Chemicals Updates on Shut down of Urea operations

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 27, 2007, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that as per the advice of technical experts, the Company has taken a temporary shut down of Urea operations and the production of Urea at the Company's plant in Mangalore has been stopped on July 01, 2007 for further inspection and investigation.
