Polyplex Corporation Board recommends 40% final dividend

Polyplex Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of Final Dividend of 40% for the financial year 2006-07, which is subject to declaration by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
