Good Luck Steel Board recommends 30% final dividend

Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 30% Rs 3/- per equity shares) for the financial year 2006-2007 subject to the approval of members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
