Kanpur Plastipack fixes Book Closure for rights issue, dividend & AGM

Kanpur Plastipack Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2007 to July 31, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of proposed rights issue of 17,68,750 equity shares, payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2007.
