Easun Reyrolle Updates on acquisition by subsidiary

With reference to the earlier announcement dated June 26, 2007, Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that on June 28, 2007, the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd took over the Business of the Protection Relays and Power System Disturbance Recorders (Relay and Recorder) Division of Nxtphase T&D Corporation, Canada, as an ongoing business, including all the related assets and liabilities of the Division. ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd is formed as a body corporate incorporated under the laws of Canada and based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
